General information and disclaimer

This is a Sport Arena. If you choose to play the sport you need to understand that in some cases there will be injuries. Most injuries can be prevented by warming up the body before entering the courts. The most frequent injuries are calves, wrists and elbows. We also recommend that you wear sports glasses to prevent accidental ball hit the eyes.

Players have the responsibility to try to avoid accidents and injuries and all players play at their own risk

Cameras

Information to all who enter the premesis. We have several cameras installed for security and safety reasons. We will also have cameras inside the courts and exlporing the possibility to stream some games.

Photos may be published on website or social media.

If anyone for any reason don´t want to be on film and in photos, please inform reception.

Intentional damage

Sometimes some players lose their cool and get angry during gameplay, and that´s ok. But what is not ok is if they destroying property. If someone deliberatly destroy or inflict damage on property belonging to Play Padel we will demand compensation.

For example:

Intentional damage rental racket

Fee: 4000 baht

Intentional damage demo racket

Fee: Original sale price+2000 baht compensation

Intentional damage on court so something needs to be replaced

Fee: 1 glass section 50000 baht

Fee: Artificial grass 20000 baht

Any other damage will be charged for cost for material, installation, transportation, import, loss of income and compensation fee.
